CM@R(Construction Manager at Risk)

Works well when the Owner has hired Architects with only a basic idea of what they want. As the Construction Manager, we work to develop the plans as a team with the Owner and Architect. This method of delivery works well for fast track projects.With the GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) in place before the plans are 100% complete.

Job Order Contracting / SABER / IDIQ

Selected on qualifications typically for 5-year contracts, renewable annually.This method works well for owners with large facilities who repeat services with a known contractor who is already familiar with their facilities and staff. To perform new construction, ugrades, additions and modifications. Using unit pricing RS Means Standard Price Index. This method allows the owner to plan ahead. The scope of work for job orders can be simple verbal instructions to written fully-developed plans and specifications depending on the complexity of the project.
